Wedgwood is renowned for its trees, and the trees are at the height of fall color right now. Be sure to take a walk down your block in the crisp air and enjoy the breathtaking sights of the range of colorful leaves.
A free weekend walk will be held on Sunday, November 11, at 1 PM in the Washington Park Arboretum. Meet at the Graham Visitors Center, 2300 Arboretum Drive East. The weekend walk topic will be Momijigari – the Japanese fall color viewing. Come along and see the spectacular fall color displayed by the Japanese Maples in the Woodland Garden, the red maples, the Sourwood trees and much more. Don’t forget to bring your camera! While not oriented to children, children are welcome to come on the walk and enjoy the trees.
