Summer is outdoor movie season every Thursday evening at Magnuson Park, 7400 Sand Point Way NE. The cost is $5 and seating opens at 7 PM for activities, with the movie beginning at dusk. Pre-movie entertainment includes cirque performances, movie trivia, and food trucks. The schedule of movies is here.
Traffic reminders: Road work on Sand Point Way will be ongoing from July 8 to August 16. To get to Magnuson Park during the construction period, you can travel northbound only on Sand Point Way between NE 77th to 95th Streets. From Wedgwood, go south on 35th Ave NE, then east on NE 70th Street and cross Sand Point Way to get to the park.
