Crayons make everyone a little happier, especially kids in the hospital. One eight-pack of crayons can magically make a scary, unfamiliar situation or place feel a little more comfortable. Would you like to help bring that sense of comfort and safety to patients at Children’s Hospital? While you are doing your own family’s back-to-school shopping, pick up a pack (or more) of crayons: Crayola or RoseArt brands only, please.
Bring donations of crayons to the Volunteer Office, located inside the River Entrance at the main hospital, 4800 Sand Point Way NE, Seattle. Here is a Wish List of other items, including new toys, games, books, and crafts. You may also make a financial donation to the Toy Program at Children’s which allows the Child Life Department to offer enriching activities for patients and families all year round.
