Polygon Northwest to Redevelop the 3.7 Acre Children's Home Society of Washington Property

Back in May, we shared the news that the Children’s Home Society of Washington was selling its 3.7 acre property in the Ravenna-Bryant neighborhood off of NE 65th Street, between 32nd and 34th Ave NE.  The Ravenna-Bryant Community Association announced that CHSW has selected Polygon Northwest as the buyer of its property.  The project team will also include Johnston Architects, Fazio Associates, and LPD Engineering.  The RBCA will be co-hosting an open house with the Polygon Northwest team on Tuesday, September 24th, 5:45PM-7:45PM.

This according to the Ravenna-Bryant Community Association.

The Ravenna Bryant Community Association has learned that the buyer of the 3.7 acre parcel of land that is now the Children’s Home Society of Washington on 65th between 32nd and 34th Avenue NE is Polygon Homes.  Johnston Architects will design and plan the property.   You can read more about Polygon and their team here: 91713 RBCA Polygon NW Open House Invitation

The Ravenna Bryant Land Use Committee has put together an open house to introduce the team to the neighborhood:
