Building 30 at Magnuson Park is now the home of the nonprofit Sand Point Arts and Cultural Exchange (SPACE).  Everyone is invited to the open house at SPACE on Sunday, June 22, from noon to 5 PM. The artists who rent studios at SPACE will be on hand to show their work, and you can also tour the third-floor event venue (former Officers Club.)

Wedgwood resident Julianna Ross became the executive director of SPACE in 2013 but her volunteer efforts at Magnuson go back more than ten years.  There has been a long process to bring the buildings at Magnuson up to code, and now it is time to celebrate the opening of SPACE at Building 30.
