We know that safety has been a frequent topic of interest in Wedgwood over the past couple years, including home burglaries and car theft. The Wedgwood Community Council has asked representatives from the Seattle Police Department, Seattle Fire Department, and our very own Emergency Preparedness Committee to come and address some of the most common questions you may have.
At the meeting a Community Police Team member from SPD will tell about the police patrols by sectors, and the Seattle Fire Department representative will tell about their work and what they plan for an emergency response such as an earthquake. Bring your questions for the police and fire departments, meet the current Wedgwood Community Council volunteers and have some delicious snacks and coffee at the meeting.
