August 2016: Microsurfacing Continues

Microsurfacing work continues while the sun shines.  August weather creates ideal conditions for the emulsion being applied to residential streets, which needs all day to dry.  Check the Microsurfacing Schedule page.

Microsurfacing is an emulsion applied to streets which has the disadvantage of taking all day to dry, but which is believed will be longer-lasting.  Microsurfacing is being done on residential streets in the western portion of Wedgwood, all the way over to Lake City Way NE, and continuing northward into Meadowbrook.  The schedule is constantly being updated and you can check the schedule for upcoming street closures.
