The Wedgwood Community Picnic on Saturday, September 17th, was a rip-roaring success and a good time was had by all!

Audience of the magic show at the Wedgwood Community Picnic
The Wedgwood Community Picnic was a first-time event and everyone agreed that we should do it again next year. Featured events at the Picnic were food trucks, a magician show, face-painting and activities for children, local business information tables, and the music of the Soul Purpose Band.
T-shirts were given out to new and renewing members of the Wedgwood Community Council. You can still sign up via PayPal on this webpage.
We thank everyone who contributed to this event! The Wedgwood Community Council will have its regular monthly planning-and-coordination meeting on Monday, September 19th — contact us at info@wedgwoodcc.org if you would like to learn more about the council’s work of advocacy for the Wedgwood neighborhood. There’s more stuff to do!
