A beloved tradition begun by the volunteers of the Wedgwood Community Council, the business district trick-or-treat for Halloween will be on Monday, October 31st from 4 to 6 PM.
Wedgwood’s stores will once again open their doors to costumed characters big and small on Halloween. Look for the orange flyer in the window of participating businesses and be sure to thank them for their community spirit.
Also keep an eye out for the festively-dressed Wedgwood Community Council volunteers who will serve as crossing guards at the NE 75th Street and NE 85th Street intersections.
There will be heavy traffic during the 4 to 6 PM trick-or-treat, so parents are encouraged to model good safety behavior and instruct kids to look and listen before crossing the streets. Looking forward to seeing everyone at what’s sure to be a scary good time!
