Weather permitting, driveway and sidewalk construction will begin as soon as tomorrow, March 9. Crews have been pouring curb and gutter on NE 83rd St and 28th Ave NE and will transition to pouring concrete for driveways and sidewalk. This work is very weather-dependent, so may be rescheduled if necessary, and appreciate your patience.
Sidewalk and driveway construction will temporarily restrict driveway access. For residents who need access to cars during concrete work, we ask that you park on the street before work begins. We’ll maintain pedestrian access to homes at all times and crews will work directly with impacted residents to coordinate access as needed.
Traffic restrictions are currently in effect, including local access only during work hours on NE 83rd St between Ravenna Ave NE and 28th Ave NE.
Construction schedule updates
Sidewalk and driveway work to begin March 9, weather permitting
Ravenna Ave NE construction to begin as soon as March 14
Landscaping work to follow sidewalk construction, beginning as soon as April 5
