The Northeast District Council, an organization advocating for neighborhoods and business districts throughout NE Seattle, holds monthly meetings on the first Thursday of the month at 5:30 PM. This Thursday, September 2nd, the NEDC will host Marc Dones, Executive Director of the King County Regional Homelessness Authority, and Ann Forrest, who will give an update on NE Seattle Emergency Communications HUBs.
