Members of NE Seattle Greenways (now NE Seattle Safe Streets) and Lake City Greenways (now Lake City StreetsAlliance) have collaborated to develop a community survey to solicit feedback on desired safety and mobility improvements along NE 95th Street, between Sand Point Way and Lake City Way. This survey follows a sustained focus by these community organizations and members of the Wedgwood Community Council on identifying and advocating for necessary safety improvements to NE 95th Street for all users. We are particularly interested in the opinions of those who live, work, ride, drive, roll, skip, walk, or otherwise experience NE 95th Street and what it needs to be a safer and more livable corridor and connection.
We highly encourage you to share this survey with your neighbors or others to share their feedback as we continue to advocate to decision makers for necessary improvements to this corridor.

I crashed trying to move from the shoulder to the main road bed in Dec 2025. I was lucky that my injuries were scrapes and bruises. It could have been worse. The shoulder is separated from the road bed and is very rough. I reported on Find It/Fix It. I filed a claim with the City of Seattle for damages to my clothing and bicycle. They paid me $400. I requested that this information be shared with SDOT but never heard back on either.
