Seattle Public Utilities (SPU) is inviting all Seattle residents to provide input to the Strategic Business Plan that will identify what services and projects will be priorities for the department over the next six years. The plan will include a rate proposal to fund those services and projects, so customers are being asked to provide input on proposed rates as well.
