Seattle Public Schools will be closed on Wednesday January 18th due to concerns about the impending snow storm. (The SPS site didn’t have an update about this as of this posting, but the automated calls to parents are currently in process). Enjoy the day with your children, leave the car at home, and see you on the sledding hills!
Because of deteriorating weather conditions, all Seattle Public Schools will be closed two hours early on Tuesday, Jan. 17. All after-school events will be canceled, including games, practices, events, plays, meetings, etc. SPS will send an automated phone call to all families notifying them of the two-hour early release, asking them to pick up their student from school, if possible. More snow is on the way, so check the Seattle Public Schools website for their plans for Wednesday classes.
