12/13 3800blk Corliss Ave N. reported at 9:15AM, this house is being refurbished and is vacant, the burglary forced his way in and took tools and ladders

12/30 1700blk N. Northlake Wy. reported at 3:45AM, the victims were asleep in their condo when they awakened by the rattling of their door to the deck, they got up to check and saw a male suspect run out the door, there was no sign of forced entry, the only item taken was a set of keys

12/30 4400blk 5^th NE, reported at 8:33PM, this is the third time this rental house storage area has been broken into, he suspects a former tenant who is accusing him of an illegal eviction

Note: Although the burglary rate is lower than average for this month car prowls (break ins) increased by about 40% over the previous month. There were a total of 43 incidents. This trend is also happening in many other Seattle neighborhoods. Please remember to remove all property valuable or not from your car.
