- 02/11 - 8700blk 25th NE Reported at 4:49PM. The residents were gone all day. When they returned, they found a side door had been kicked in; jewelry papers and cash were taken.
Census Tract 22: NE 85th To NE 105th / 35th to Sand Point Way
- 01/11 - 7500blk 45th NE Reported at 2:38PM. The resident was away from the house for a couple of hours during the day. When she returned, she saw that the front door had been kicked in; jewelry was stolen.
- 02/14 - 3200blk NE 103rd Reported at 11:02AM. This is a house under construction. When the contractor arrived at work, he discovered that the rear door had been kicked in and tools and construction materials had been stolen. The victim suspects another contractor.
Census Tract 24: NE 75th to NE 85th / 30th NE to 40th NE
- 02/12 - 8600blk 45th NE Reported at 12:37PM. A postal supervisor went to this house to speak with the resident regarding a delivery issue. He noticed that the front door was ajar and the door damaged. He called out and the suspect who was still in the house came to the door and said something about a real estate agent. The suspect then walked out of the house carrying a pillowcase filled with items. He then got into a car and left. The postal supervisor got the license plate number and called 911. The empty vehicle was located and follow-up done of the suspect.
