On Thursday, Dec. 3, the NE District Council ranked the 2010 Briging the Gap proposals for pedestrian improvements in NE Seattle. Wedgwood project advocates turned out to voice support for projects in our neighborhood. There were 10 projects; next to the links below are where the Wedgwood projects ended up in the rankings (unofficial):
- NE 85th by Wedgwood School and NE 83rd between 25th & 28th (#1 – these two were considered as one project)
- Ravenna Avenue NE – NE 85th St to Lake City Way (#2 – web update 12/28)
- Crossing light or aid at 35th & 80th (#5)
- NE 95th between 35th & Sand Point Way (#8)
- 42nd NE by Thornton Creek School (#9)
