The City’s 17th Annual Neighbor Appreciation Day is this Saturday, February 12th. It’s a day to celebrate your neighbors and join in community building. To celebrate, the City is looking for great stories about your neighbors and photos from Neighbor Appreciation Day to share. You can even send your neighbor a special, appreciative e-card. Additionally, community groups across the City have teamed with the City’s Department of Neighborhoods to develop a jam-packed schedule of events that you, your family, and your neighbors can participate in. Here’s a schedule of some of the highlights in NE Seattle (A complete schedule of city-wide events can be found here).
- Visit Wedgwood’s Fire Station 40, 9401 35th Avenue NE, February 12, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
