About 75 more folks came out to the Hunter Farm site today to help build a new gathering place for NE Seattle. And today, things began to come together and take shape.
A special thanks to the Wedgwood Presbyterian Church congregation for opening their church up to the volunteers and providing a delicious smorgasbord of food for lunch. Wedgwood Presbyterian Church has been AMAZING this whole project. Thank you to Garza Foods for contributing 20 delicious tamales for lunch as well. What a supportive community we all live in. And thanks to Podorhythmie for christening our new stage.
There’s still lots of work to be completed on Sunday, so come on out. We’d love to have you.
Check out a quick photo preview on what is happening in Wedgewood’s Hunter Farm space, with Pomegranate Center and Tully’s Coffee.
You are a great community!
