UPDATE: If you can’t make the NEDC’s City Council Candidates Forum at Magnuson Park on October 17th, the Maple Leaf Community Council is holding a candidates forum on Wednesday, October 19th, from 7-9PM at Olympic View Elementary School (5th Ave NE and NE 95th Street).
The Northeast District Council, which is aptly named as it is comprised of community councils throughout the NE District, will be hosting a City Council Candidates Forum at Magnuson Park on Monday, October 17th from 7PM – 9PM. This will be an excellent chance for you to get to meet the candidates before the November 8th election. Directions to the candidates forum, which will be “The Brig,” are provided below.
What was that!? You’re not registered to vote! No worries, REGISTER ONLINE HERE (TODAY is the deadline to be eligable by November 8th)! If you can’t register online by October 10th, you can register in-person up to October 31st. More info on registering in person can be found HERE.
