Life at the Jasper Apartments, 8606 35th Ave NE in Wedgwood, took an unexpected turn at the end of June when the management company was replaced yet again. As of May 1, 2013 it had been announced that the Jasper Apartments had been sold. The new owner installed a new management company, which is the office personnel who show apartments and do rentals.
Indigo management personnel had a rental office in a trailer in 2012 before the Jasper Apartments were ready for occupancy.
As of July 1, 2013, the previous management service, Indigo, was restored, with Donielle Beattie of Indigo as office manager at the Jasper. Indigo is the company which was on-site to do pre-rentals during the building’s construction completion in the spring of 2012. Indigo personnel were in place until the change of ownership on May 1, 2013. In July the Jasper celebrates one year since opening.
