The Wedgwood Art Festival is Coming – July 13th & 14th

8th Annual WEDGWOOD ART FESTIVAL
SAT-SUN, July 13th-14th, 10AM-5PM
at the Hunter Farm Gathering Place

This year mark the 8th year that neighbors and artists from Wedgwood have organized the Wedgwood Art Festival, which has grown into one of NE Seattle’s most anticipated summer event.  And why shouldn’t it be!  So many fantastic artists come out and participate, turning the Hunter Farm Gathering Place into an outdoor art gallery with local food vendors, puppet shows, and live music making it the most family-friendly art gallery you’ll find.

With each year, the festival has grown and partnered with the community in new ways to the benefit the neighborhood.  This year, the Wedgwood Art Festival, Wedgwood Elementary, and the Wedgwood Windermere office have teamed up to hold the 1st Annual Silent Auction!  Wedgwood Elementary students have created 20 original art pieces (like the painting at right) which will be up for auction at the Windermere office during the festival.  The art is currently on display at the Windermere offices to be previewed before the auction.  The Windermere office is open to preview the art from 9AM-6PM, Monday to Friday and 10AM-4PM, Saturday to Sunday.

ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE SILENT AUCTION WILL FLOW THROUGH THE WINDERMERE FOUNDATION AND DIRECTLY TO THE WEDGWOOD ELEMENTARY ART PROGRAM.

More information on the auction is available on the flyer below.  You can also follow the Wedgwood Art Festival on Facebook and Twitter too!
