Daylight Saving Time ends this weekend, officially on Sunday, November 1st. Set your clocks back one hour on Saturday evening and you can either do an extra hour of Halloween, or give yourself an extra hour of sleep. Computers and many other electronic devices will reset themselves automatically.
The end of Daylight Saving Time is also a good reminder to test your home’s smoke detectors and change out the batteries. You may also check your supply of flashlights and reset the timer on lights for the onset of darker winter days.
