Gunfire was heard in Wedgwood on Sunday afternoon, February 21, as police confronted an armed suspect on NE 85th Street at 21st Avenue NE, in the block just east of Lake City Way NE. The suspect was taken to Harborview Hospital where he died from gunshot wounds.
