It has been almost ten years since an auto repair shop was demolished at 2418 NE 75th Street (corner of 25th Ave NE.) Environmental clean-up was done and now an application has been filed to build townhouses.

Environmental clean-up was done at the corner of NE 75th and 25th Ave NE in 2013, and now a developer has bought the site and has filed a permit application for a six-unit townhouse project.
The developer of the new project at 2418 NE 75th Street, Sage Homes Northwest, is the same one who built the townhouses at 7321 35th Ave NE in place of the Big Green House. Those townhouses, numbered 7321 to 7327 35th Ave NE, sold for almost $700,000 for the larger units at the back of the lot, to $490,000 for the two small units at the sidewalk on 35th Ave NE.
The land use application for townhouses at the corner of 75th & 25th is for division into six parcels of the following sizes, listed in square feet: 1,272; 698; 693; 678; 663; 5,403.
