Wedgwood Planning and Activities

The regularly-scheduled planning session of the Wedgwood Community Council will be held on Monday, June 20th at 7:30 PM.

The Wedgwood Community Council trustees are busily planning and coordinating for activities and issues in Wedgwood, including street improvement projects, supporting the business district, planning fun activities and interacting with governmental representatives such as City Council.

The planning session will be held on Monday, June 20th at 7:30 PM at Wedgwood Presbyterian Church, corner of NE 80th Street.  Enter the building from the NE 80th Street side and go to the upstairs room.

The first item on the agenda, promptly at 7:30 PM, will be a ten-minute presentation by the Yes for Homes group for the housing levy which will be on the ballot at the August 2nd primary election.  The presentation will be followed by ten minutes of questions or discussion.

Following that presentation, beginning at 7:50 PM there will be other items on the agenda such as an update on the quest for food trucks in Wedgwood; WCC’s participation in a request for extension of the Greenway to continue northward on 32nd Ave NE; and other ongoing projects.  Everyone is welcome — for more info contact us at info@wedgwoodcc.org
