On December 13th from 6 to 8 PM, City of Seattle staff from many departments will be at the Ravenna-Eckstein Community Center to answer questions and to hear comments about land use, transportation, parks and other topics important to residents of northeast Seattle. The City of Seattle’s Office of Planning and Community Development will be there to talk about Mandatory Housing Affordability and the proposed zoning changes of HALA. See the new interactive, city-wide map of proposed changes here.

UPDATE:   Here is a photo of the HALA display board at the Open House event, one of the items among other city departments which were represented.  The HALA legislation and other issues of transportation, housing, streets, parks, etc. is ongoing and represents issues to be addressed by City Council in 2017.
