This weekend, you can learn about some of the most pressing issues facing Seattle homeowners and renters from the comfort of your own home. Sessions will cover important information on topics ranging from landslide and earthquake prep to landlord and tenant rights and responsibilities. The Wedgwood Community Council particularly recommends the sessions on accessory dwelling units (aka ADUs). These units represent one approach to meeting the urgent need for more housing options and more affordable housing within our neighborhood. Encouraging the expansion of affordable housing options is in alignment with the WCC statement on social equity and our commitment to an inclusive neighborhood. Sessions on ADUs will be held at 10am on both days.
Zoom links for all sessions are listed on the schedule here.
