Senator Scott White (D-46) is hosting a town hall meeting next Tuesday, September 13th, from 6-8pm at Nathan Hale’s Performing Arts Center. The town hall will focused on education and funding for education with a panel chalk full of experts in the field, such as Randy Dorn, Washington Superintendent of Public Education; Lauren McGuire, Seattle Council PTSA; and Susan Einfield, Seattle Public Schools Interim Superintendent. Our district’s state legislators are hosting a town hall meeting on Saturday, March 12th, from 12PM to 1:30PM at Meadowbrook Community Center. This includes Sen. Scott White, Rep. Phyllis Gutiérrez Kenney, and Rep. David Frockt. They will discuss our state budget and other issues as well as take comments/questions from their constituents.
