Wedgwood Apartments Beginning to Take Shape

The Wedgwood Apartments being constructed at the former site of the Jewish Community Center (JCC) site along 35th Avenue NE, between NE 86th Street and NE 87th Street, is beginning to take shape. We’ve prepared a virtual tour of the site for those that want to follow project’s progress from your home or office. Let us know what you think!

The JCC building has been demolished

To make way for the Wood Partner’s mixed-use development, one thing had to happen.  The JCC had to be demolished.  Residents and businesses were made aware of Exxel Pacific’s schedule last week.  So, in the hopes of documenting construction of Wedgwood’s first mixed-use building and Wood Partner’s first project in Washington State, I thought I’d try something slightly different.
